For those who don't feel they want to compete in all three disciplines a team relay provides the ideal way to still enjoy the atmosphere of the event.

Join up with friends, colleagues or family and choose whether you swim, bike or run, to create the perfect team.

The electronic timing chip acts as your baton to be handed from swimmer to cyclist and then cyclist to runner at your racking position in transition.

Though a team of three is the normal format, you can complete the Relay as a team of two, in whatever combination of the disciplines suits you best.
