The 2010 Liverpool Triathlon route has now been confirmed. There are some changes due to the expansion of the event and also due to new attractions in the Albert Dock area which have affected the run course.

Knowing the importance of being comfortable with Open Water Swimming prior to the event, Liverpool Triathlon will be arranging swim sessions, where participants can come along and practice swimming in a wetsuit and experience the Queens Dock environment for swimming. To ensure that everyone has the opportunity to use a wetsuit specifically designed for triathlon, Liverpool Triathlon will provide a wetsuit hire service for participants. The hire period will allow time to practice in the wetsuit pre-event, which is key, being comfortable in the suit as is being able to get the wetsuit off quickly in transition.
