It is important to realise that you DO NOT require superhuman endurance to complete a triathlon, there are three distances to suit all abilities - if you can swim for 10 mins, cycle for 30 mins and run for 15 mins. - you can become a triathlete.
If you want a greater challenge then the Olympic distance gives you the chance to compete on the same distance as the world's elite athletes.
If you don’t feel up to all three look at a team entry and pick your best discipline to contribute to a team result.

Congratulations to everyone who completed the Liverpool Triathlon on Sunday 27th.
The weather was, perhaps, kinder for all the spectators that turned out to cheer you on than the participants who found it pretty warm however it showed off the city of Liverpool at its best.
